Have you ever felt like there is too much fitness & nutrition information to comprehend?
Have you followed advice from someone that just didn’t work for you?
When I was just starting out in the Fitness & Lifestyle industry I found so much confusing and conflicting information. I heard so many different stories of what the “right way” to train and eat was. So I did what I thought was correct. I researched, experimented, and experienced what it was like to go through specific diets and training programs.
What I found was that I spent a lot of time, money, and energy on many different ways to get stronger and lose body fat. Some programs were easier than others, and some diets felt easier to manage than others.
But what is the “right way” to do it? What I have learned over time and practice is that it is a different story for each individual. What works for the social media models is very different from what will work for the 47 year old mother of four trying to improve her health in some way. In some cases, if that mother tries what the model is recommending, it throws her life in shambles because she can no longer eat grapefruit, or almonds because that’s what is on the program.
“Alright, so what’s the solution?”
The solution is implementing simple habits behind lifestyle behaviours. What that means in real life is looking for the behaviours we have around our eating, sleeping, activity, and stress management so we can make incremental improvements that pay huge dividends long term.
I have coached simple habits for years with a wide range of clients. These simple habits aren’t groundbreaking or super sexy. They forsure won’t blow up your social media feeds. BUT they will deliver the best result long term. It takes practice and persistence.
Stick around and I will teach you what simple habits to focus on and how to implement these habits and let the results speak.
