Hey! I’m Coach Danny G. I’m a Kinesiologist and Coach. I’ve been in the Health & Fitness industry since 2011. I’ve worked in big gyms and private gyms, I’ve done mobile personal training working in people’s houses. I’ve worked with athletes, business professionals, weekend warriors, and moms.
One thing I’ve noticed is the large amount of conflicting information given to people without context. “You should do Keto.” “You should try Beach Body.” “Have you tried ‘X-Program’? I dropped 20 lbs on it!” Without considering a persons situation, advice like this is poor if not harmful.
I’ve experimented with many of the diets and training programs that have been popularized through mass craze. I’ve boiled them down to the basic principles that work for MOST people and use simple habits to get people moving on the right path for THEM. Every one is different in how they move, feel, operate, and change. There is no one way to do it.
