003 – Two Different 80/20 Rules In Nutrition

In today’s episode I talk about two main 80/20 rules and the arguments behind them. I propose an alternative way of thinking about how to choose a diet and how most diets have more in common than you may think. Before choosing a diet, consider what is more sustainable for you rather than blindly following it because it’s “hot” right now.
